Because we offer a 'service' on an item you provide, we do not offer refunds. However, it is our goal to make sure that our customers receive the best service possible. If we made a mistake on a project, we will do our best to correct it.

It is  very well known in the laser engraving industry that you cannot guarantee the outcome, given all of the possible variables. The most common is the differences in the composition of pigments and resins used to coat  items. Even on the same brand of item, WHITE may engrave differently than BLUE. Also, organic materials like leather can vary from 'cow to cow', as does faux leather. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your project, we are always willing to discuss what options may be available to you.

NOTE: We have done a lot of engraving 'cover ups' for customers who received very poor results from previous vendors because they did not have the correct lasers for the job. If someone made a mistake on your project, we may be able to fix it for you. CONTACT US to discuss a 'cover up' option.

From 1 part, to thousands, we are here to help you with your project. 

And, to make it convenient, we accept DROP SHIPMENTS for engraving. Simply order your item and have it ship directly to our facility. When the engraving is complete, we will ship it to you. 

Because many online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc. offer free shipping with low minimums, the only shipping costs you will incur are for return shipping to you. Because most items we engrave for our customers can easily fit in the USPS flat rate shipping boxes, this opens up our laser engraving services to the continental US. 

If you would like to start a drop ship order, CLICK HERE to provide ALL of your contact info, details on the item you would like to ship including quantity, and the retailer you will be purchasing from. We will respond to your request with a confirmation email at which time you can place your order online with the retailer. When your order is complete, please respond back to our email with a URL link to the item you ordered and the date of arrival to our facility. 

Upon receipt of the item at our facility, plan on our standard lead time of 5-15 business days (Mon-Fri). When your order is ready to ship, we will send you a text message indicating it is on its way back to you.

Yes, however we are NOT a gun store!

We have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) that restricts us to ONLY LASER ENGRAVING  on firearms.

It does NOT allow us to sell firearms or ammunition, or transfer ownership of a firearm in any capacity.

Our FFL license only covers engraving and basic gunsmithing to disassemble firearms in the event we are doing intricate wrap type engraving.

Price is determined by various factors, including amount of text, graphics/logos (or a combination of both), type of item being engraved, engraving size, and whether the engraving wraps around a circumference.

Also, the type of item being engraved can affect the price - i.e. a very small precision engraving on a wedding ring band will cost more than a name on a tumbler.

Engraving a name, short phrase or graphic on a 1up starts in the $25 range. Higher quantity orders will receive better pricing.

Factors that can affect costs include engraving SIZE, COLORING, LOCATION, DEPTH, high PRECISION location, etc.

Adding a second engraving such as a graphic or logo on the same item can be in the $15-$20 range depending on the same variables.

With 10 lasers we are able to engrave and cut almost any surface, including metal, clay, ceramic, wood, glass, leather/PU, fabric, plastics, paper, rocks, shells  ... pretty much anything.

Our lasers are the best at high-contrast engraving on METAL, including using our proprietary coloring processes. They are highly precise which makes them ideal for permanent marking of tiny QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers and tiny precision text. 

We have a lot of customers in the medical industry that require precision marking for product traceability and identification applications, and sometimes so small they're barely visible to the naked eye!

If your project is metal and it fits our sizing parameters, the sky's the limit! 

If we're unsure on the item and you're willing, bring 1 extra item and we'll try a test engraving on the extra, or in a small inconspicous spot if it's a 1-up job.

We try to accomodate font requests. 

Unfortunately for BUSINESSES, if you violate font restrictions, the FONT CREATOR can impose hundreds of dollars in fines. AI is very saavy at scouring the internet for violations so we don't download new fonts to our system. 

Instead, when the engraving is text only, we can offer a 'work-around' that achieves the same result for a small additional cost.
